PART 1227—SAFETY STANDARD FOR CARRIAGES AND STROLLERS

§ 1227.1 Scope.
This part establishes a consumer product safety standard for carriages and strollers.
§ 1227.2 Requirements for carriages and strollers.
Each carriage and stroller shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F833-21, Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Carriages and Strollers, approved June 15, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
